Avian Leukosis Antigen Rapid Test Card
【 Principle 】 The Avian Leukosis virus antigen detection card is made using the principle of colloidal gold immunoassay (GICA). After the sample is added to the sample well, it moves along the chromatography membrane with the colloidal gold marker. If there is ALV antigen in the sample, the detection line will display purple red. If there is no ALV antigen in the sample, no color reaction will occur.
【 Intended use 】 Avian Leukosis is a collective term for various tumor diseases in poultry caused by the virus of the avian C-type retrovirus group, and is a Class II infectious disease. Mainly lymphocytic leukemia, followed by erythroblastic leukosis and myeloblastic leukosis. In addition, it can also cause bone marrow cell tumors, connective tissue tumors, epithelial tumors, endothelial tumors, etc. Most tumors invade the hematopoietic system, while a few invade other tissues.
The Avian Leukosis Antigen Rapid Test Card is used to detect the common antigen of avian leukosis virus in the cloaca of poultry, and can be used for screening and auxiliary diagnosis of avian leukosis virus infection.
