If there is ALV antigen in the sample, the detection line will display purple red. If there is no ALV antigen in the sample, no color reaction will occur.

Mainly lymphocytic leukemia, followed by erythroblastic leukosis and myeloblastic leukosis. In addition, it can also cause bone marrow cell tumors, connective tissue tumors, epithelial tumors, endothelial tumors, etc. Most tumors invade the hematopoietic system, while a few invade other tissues.
