【 Principle 】 The Brucellosis Antibody (bcl ab) Rapid Test Card is made using the principle of colloidal gold immunoassay (GICA). After adding the sample to the sample well, it moves along the chromatography membrane with the colloidal gold marker. If there is brucellosis antibody in the sample, it binds to the colloidal gold marker and the antigen on the detection line and displays a purple red color. If there is no brucellosis antibody in the sample, no color reaction occurs.
