【 Principle 】 The Canine Toxoplasma Gondii Virus Antigen Rapid Test card is made using the principle of colloidal gold immunochromatography. After the sample is added to the sample well, it moves along the chromatography membrane with the colloidal gold marker. If the sample contains Toxoplasma gondii antigen, it will bind with the colloidal gold labeled Toxoplasma antibody and move along the chromatography membrane. The colloidal gold antibody antigen conjugate binds to the Toxoplasma antibody on the detection (T) line area and displays red. If the Toxoplasma antigen is not present in the sample, no color reaction occurs.
