PPI Antibody Rapid Test Card
【 Principle 】 The PPI Antibody Rapid Test Card is made using immunocolloidal gold chromatography technology, which can quickly detect PPI antibodies in serum. The PPI antigen is coated on the detection line (T) of the nitrocellulose membrane, and the anti PPI antibody is coated on the quality control line (C) of the nitrocellulose membrane. The PPI antigen labeled with colloidal gold is dried and placed at the bottom of the glass cellulose membrane. When the serum is added to the sample well, due to the principle of chromatography, the serum begins to move along the paper strip. When it encounters the dry gold labeled antigen, it is dissolved and continues to move up with the gold labeled antigen to the detection line of the nitrocellulose membrane.
If there is PPI antibody present in the sample, the PPI antigen and gold labeled PPI antigen encapsulated on the detection line will form a sandwich immune complex with the PPI antibody in the sample on the detection line, forming a purple red line, which is considered positive. The higher the antibody titer in the sample, the darker the color line.
If there is no PPI antibody in the sample and no color band appears on the detection line (T), it is judged as negative. When the sample and gold labeled antigen continue to move up to the quality control line, the anti PPI antibody here will bind to the gold labeled PPI antigen, forming a purple red line on the quality control line (C), proving the effectiveness of this detection reagent.
【 Scope of Application 】 The PPI antibody detection card is used to detect PPI antibodies in serum and plasma, and can be used for evaluating the immune efficacy of PPI vaccines.
