If there is cat coronavirus antigen (FCoV Ag) in the sample, the detection line will display purple red. If there is no cat coronavirus antigen (FCoV Ag) in the sample, no color reaction will occur.
The feline coronavirus antigen detection card selects monoclonal antibodies specific to feline coronavirus antigen (FCoV Ag), and uses a sandwich method to measure the specific antigen of feline coronavirus, with high sensitivity and good specificity.
