【 Principle 】 Newcastle disease, also known as Asian chicken plague, is an acute highly contagious disease caused by the virus in chickens and various poultry. The Newcastle Disease Antigen Rapid Test Card is made using immunocolloidal gold chromatography technology to detect Newcastle disease virus antigen in chicken serum. After adding the sample to the sampling well, it moves along the chromatography membrane with the gold labeled anti NDV antibody. If there is NDV antibody in the sample, it will combine with the detection line to develop color.
【 Scope of Application 】 The Newcastle Disease Antigen Rapid Test Card is suitable for testing Newcastle Disease antigens in breeding farms or testing institutions.
