PCV Antibody Rapid Test Card
【 Principle 】 The PCV Antibody Rapid Test Card is made using immune colloidal gold chromatography technology, which can quickly detect PVC antibodies in serum. The PVC antigen is coated on the detection line (T) of nitrocellulose membrane, and the anti PVC antibody is coated on the quality control line (C) of nitrocellulose membrane. The PVC antigen labeled with colloidal gold is dried and placed at the bottom of the glass cellulose membrane. When the serum is added to the sampling well, due to the principle of chromatography, the serum begins to move along the paper strip. When it meets the dry golden antigen, it is dissolved and continues to move up with the golden antigen to the detection line of nitrocellulose membrane.
If there is a PVC antibody present in the sample, the PVC antigen and gold labeled PVC antigen encapsulated on the detection line will form a sandwich immune complex with the PVC antibody in the sample on the detection line, forming a purple red line, which is considered positive. The higher the antibody titer in the sample, the darker the color line.
If there is no antibody against PVC in the sample and no color band appears on the detection line (T), it is judged as negative. When the sample and gold labeled antigen continue to move up to the quality control line, the anti PVC antibody here will bind to the gold labeled PVC antigen, forming a purple red line on the quality control line (C), proving the effectiveness of this detection reagent.
【 Scope of Application 】 The PVC Antibody Detection Card is used to detect PVC antibodies in serum and plasma, and can be used for evaluating the immune efficacy of PVC vaccines.
