PRRS Antibody Rapid Test Card
【 Principle 】 The PRRS Antibody Rapid Test Card is made using immune colloidal gold chromatography technology, which can quickly detect PRRS virus antibodies in serum. The PRRS virus antigen is coated on the detection line (T) of the nitrocellulose membrane, and the anti PRRS virus antibody is coated on the quality control line (C) of the nitrocellulose membrane. The PRRS virus antigen labeled with colloidal gold is dried and placed at the bottom of the glass cellulose membrane. When the serum is added to the sample well, due to the principle of chromatography, the serum begins to move along the paper strip. When it meets the dry gold label antigen, it is dissolved and continues to move up with the gold label antigen to the detection line of the nitrocellulose membrane.
If there is a PRRS virus antibody present in the sample, the PRRS virus antigen and gold labeled PRRS virus antigen encapsulated on the detection line will form a sandwich immune complex with the PRRS virus antibody in the sample on the detection line, forming a purple red line, which is considered positive. The higher the antibody titer in the sample, the darker the color line.
If there are no antibodies against porcine blue ear virus in the sample and no color bands appear on the detection line (T), it is judged as negative. When the sample and gold labeled antigen continue to move up to the quality control line, the anti porcine blue ear virus antibody here will bind to the gold labeled porcine blue ear virus antigen, forming a purple red line on the quality control line (C), proving the effectiveness of this detection reagent.
【 Scope of Application 】 The Porcine Blue Ear Disease Antibody Detection Card is used to detect antibodies against Porcine Blue Ear Virus in serum and plasma, and can be used for evaluating the immune efficacy of Porcine Blue Ear Virus vaccines.
