【 Principle 】 The Rabies Virus (RBV) Antigen Test Card uses rapid immunochromatographic detection technology to detect rabies virus antigen in cat and dog saliva secretions. After adding the sample to the sampling well, it moves along the chromatography membrane with the colloidal gold labeled anti-RBV monoclonal antibody. If RBV antigen is present in the sample, it binds to the antibody on the detection line and displays wine red. If RBV antigen is not present in the sample, no color reaction occurs.
