Toxoplasmosis AntibodyRapid Test Card
【 Principle 】 This reagent is made using the principle of colloidal gold immunoassay (GICA). After adding the sample to the sample well, it moves along the chromatographic membrane with the colloidal gold marker. If there is an anti TOX antibody in the sample, it will display a purple red color on the detection line. If there is no TOX antibody in the sample, no color reaction will occur.
[Packaging Specification] 20T/box
【 Storage and expiration date 】 Store in a cool and dry place (2-30 ℃), with an expiration date of 18 months.
[Test Method]
1. Tear open the aluminum foil packaging bag of the inspection card, take out the inspection card, and place it on a flat and clean tabletop.
2. Use a matching straw to aspirate the prepared clear sample supernatant, and slowly and vertically add 3 drops (about 90ul) into the sample well.
3. If left at room temperature for 10-15 minutes, the results will be invalid.
【 Result judgment 】
1. Negative: Within the observation hole, only a purple red line appears in the control line area (C).
2. Positive: In the observation hole, both the detection line area (T) and the control line area (C) show a purple red line. The higher the antibody titer, the darker the color of the detection line (T).
3. Failure: In the observation hole, there is no purple red line in the control line area (C).
Explanation of experimental results
When there is no obvious color band at the detection line (T) of the tested sample, it indicates that there is no Toxoplasma antibody in the tested sample. If corresponding acute symptoms occur, it cannot be ruled out that there is Toxoplasma gondii infection in s. When there is a clear color band at the detection line (T) of the tested sample, it is possible that the is infected with Toxoplasma gondii or has previously been infected, and further analysis should be conducted in combination with clinical and other methods.
When the content of the test substance is too high, the detection line may gradually fade or even disappear after it appears. In this case, it is recommended to dilute the sample several times with physiological saline before testing.
Limitations of experimental methods
This experiment is only used for qualitative screening of antibodies against porcine Toxoplasma gondii.
【 Precautions 】
1. Please carefully read the instructions before the experiment. The various reagents provided in this product are for the purpose of this experiment only.
2. Expired or damaged aluminum foil bags cannot be used.
3. When taking out the detection card from the refrigerator, it should be restored to room temperature before opening. The opened detection card should be used as soon as possible to avoid being affected by moisture and becoming ineffective.
4. Deionized water, tap water, and physiological saline cannot be used as negative controls.
5. The sample to be tested should be fresh and clear, avoiding the use of contaminated, turbid, severely hemolytic, high blood lipids, and abnormally viscous samples.
6. Avoid touching the chromatography membrane at the sampling hole and detection window on the detection card.
7. The waste from the experiment should be treated as pollutants and properly disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
